Frequently asked questions
Does this page measure team performance or compatibility?
No. Type letters do not rank teams, predict results, or identify missing skills. This page counts letter groups on the list you enter and offers discussion questions.
What are the four letter groups?
This page groups NT, NF, SJ and SP the way many type sites do. The labels are a sorting convenience, not measured abilities or a claim about your colleagues.
How many people can I add?
You can list two to five type codes so the counts stay readable. That range is not an optimal team size and does not make the questions more valid.
What do the counts show?
They show how often each letter group appears on this list. Use the questions with a real task. Do not treat an absent group as a defect.
