Make space for everyone’s preferences
Friends’ gathering agreement
Some want a quiet hour; others hope to stay all evening. Write what each person wants, read it together and make a plan yourselves. Different preferences do not need to become a contest.
No personality type, score or diagnosis is needed. This tool does not assign roles by MBTI or treat introversion as social anxiety. Anyone can decline to join or discuss another arrangement.

1. Each person writes their preferences
Use one device together. Each person fills in all four fields in their own words; nicknames are optional. “Not sure yet” is an answer to discuss, not consent. Blank fields never count as agreement.
Include 2–6 participants in this conversation. The preferred gathering size can be different from the number filling in this sheet.
Before you make a plan
What if we want different kinds of gatherings?
Leave both preferences in place. Discuss what is essential, what is flexible and whether separate activities or not joining would work. Neither silence nor a majority vote becomes everyone’s agreement here.
Does everyone have to confirm?
No. You can keep and export an unresolved draft. “Everyone has confirmed” only appears after every participant has entered all four preferences, the shared plan has text and each person’s checkbox is ticked.
Can friends confirm remotely?
No. This version is for 2–6 people discussing on one device. It has no accounts, public links or online collaboration. A nickname and a checkbox do not authenticate anyone.
